These Terms govern your use of iipoman.com and the services provided by International Ideas Platform (“IIP”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide custom software, websites, AI agents, trading tools, e-learning platforms, branding, marketing, and website templates. Our templates are configured and deployed for you by our team — they are a setup service, not downloadable software.
Templates, domain & hosting
The template price (for example, OMR 79) includes full template setup by our team, plus domain registration and hosting for the first year. After the first year, domain and hosting renew at OMR 50 per year. You may cancel renewal at any time; upon cancellation the website and hosting may be discontinued.
Quotes & orders
Fixed prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Other services are quoted on request. An order is confirmed once the payment, or the agreed deposit, has been received.
Payment
Payments are processed securely via Thawani. Prices are in OMR and, unless stated otherwise, are a one-time charge for the items shown.
Delivery & timelines
Estimated timelines are provided per order and depend on receiving the required information, content, and approvals from you in a timely manner.
Cancellations & refunds
Because our work is custom and digital, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable. Specific cancellation and refund terms are agreed per order. If you have any concern, please contact us so we can find a fair solution.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the deliverables created specifically for you are transferred or licensed to you. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how remain our property. You may not resell our templates or deliverables as your own product.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to hold the rights to any content you supply to us, and to use our services lawfully.
Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Our United Kingdom branch operations are additionally subject to applicable UK law.
